Paradym Group, Inc. (“Paradym Group,” “we,” “us”) is a talent and event-staffing agency. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, theparadymgroup.com, our talent system at talenzi.com, our Facebook page, and our text messages and emails, and how we use and protect it.

Information We Collect

From talent (models, brand ambassadors, event staff) and parents or guardians

• Contact details: name, email, mobile phone number and home address.
• Profile details: birthday, gender, height, sizes and measurements, hair and eye color, languages, skills, experience, and the city or area you work in.
• Photos and optional videos, social media links and files you upload.
• Your availability and replies to gig invites, booking history, and notes our staff add about bookings.
• Optional details you choose to share, such as ethnicity, which help match you with roles.
• Text messages you send to our number, so our staff can read and answer them.

From clients and people who request a quote

Name, company, email, phone number and event details.

Automatically

Basic technical information when you use our sites, such as device type, browser and pages visited, used to keep the sites working and secure.

We do not collect Social Security numbers or bank details in our talent system. Payment information is handled by our payment provider and our agreement-signing service.

How We Use Information

• To consider you for gigs, send invites, and manage bookings, schedules and reminders.
• To show clients the talent we recommend for their event (see “Sharing” below).
• To prepare booking agreements and arrange payment through our providers.
• To answer quote requests and run our business with clients.
• To keep our records accurate, prevent fraud and keep our systems secure.
• To meet legal obligations.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in, Paradym Group will text you gig invites, booking updates, reminders and profile updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at info@theparadymgroup.com or (800) 498-9050. Consent to receive texts is not required to join our talent network.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Facebook

We use our own app to post casting calls to the Paradym Group Facebook Page. The app only publishes posts to our Page. It does not collect, store or use information from your Facebook account. If you apply through a link in one of our posts, you give your information directly on our sign-up page, and this policy applies to it.

Sharing

• Clients: when we recommend you for a gig, the client sees your photos, talent number, age, height and relevant stats through a private link. Clients do not see your contact details or address. Once you’re booked, the client receives your first name, last initial, headshot and talent number.
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as website and data hosting, email and text delivery, agreement signing and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our talent, clients or Paradym Group.
• Business transfers: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

Minors

Talent under 18 must be signed up by a parent or legal guardian, who manages the profile and receives all messages. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep talent profiles while you are part of our talent network, and booking records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your profile at any time (see below). Our secure backup copies are kept for up to 30 days, so deleted information is fully removed from backups within 30 days.

Your Choices

• Update your profile anytime from the link in any email or text we send.
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Delete your data: ask us to delete your profile, photos and history at talenzi.com/delete-my-data, from the “Delete my profile and data” link on your profile page, or by emailing info@theparadymgroup.com. We complete requests within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
• See or correct your information by emailing info@theparadymgroup.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to our staff, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
