About Us

Brandt Myers comes from humble beginnings in the entertainment industry. He carved his path in the industry as a young actor and model, then as a professional stunt performer. Later he would become an assistant stage manager for Universal Studios, with this knowledge he would be offered a position as a talent executive for a large worldwide entertainment agency, paving his next steps. Brandt, being a serial entrepreneur, founded several successful Florida based companies and dot coms. This would inspire him with his knowledge of being a talent and an understanding of being a client to take the next leap and start his own talent agency.

In 2008, he founded Paradym Group, Inc, which began with local promotions and trade shows in Central Florida. He started building upon the business and had his long time friend join him in expanding the roster and growing into new territories. Having started with just under 200 talent in the Orlando market, Brandt went on to build Paradym Group to a well respected full service talent agency with over 15,000 talent nationwide.  In over a decade later, Paradym Group would be added to the INC 5000 publication in the top 2000 of fastest growing small companies.

In addition to being a licensed talent agent, he also holds licenses in real estate and as a mortgage loan originator. He is no stranger to hard work and brings this drive to the agency, his clients, and his partners. In his passion for entertainment, Brandt and his Paradym Group partner, John Hollaway ventured into the film & television production business. They created Production Source Partners, a film funding platform, and Reel Productions to add production services. These businesses have raised millions of dollars to produce movies such as “Be Afraid”, a psychological sci-fi thriller for Netflix as well as Amazon Prime distributed by Samuel Goldwyn and AMBI Entertainment. Most recently they completed two films for 2020 and 2021.  One a slasher/ horror  film (Unsheltered) and a sci-fi action film (The Replaceables) featuring several “Wrestling Hall of Fame Legends”. Brandt has built a great business model with a multifaceted team to accomplish big things in the entertainment world with many projects in the works.

John Hollaway is an Orlando, Florida native who started in the entertainment industry as a child and developed the passion for the business he has today. Having worked several years as a bodyguard in entertainment, his contacts landed him a job as a talent executive for a major modeling agency. He aspired to build his own talent agency and entertainment company, and by earning a respected reputation in the industry he was able to launch a full service talent agency. The agency was one of the first to be located at Universal Studios Orlando backlot.

Some years later taking a shot at returning back to the corporate world, he took a position with Berkshire Hathaway, a Warren Buffett owned company. Although having much success, it was not part of his dream and long term plan, so he returned back to entertainment where he would be joined with his longtime friend in forming Paradym Group, Inc. Over the past decade Paradym Group, Inc. has been a prosperous national talent agency and top 2000 of the “INC 5000” fastest growing small companies.

His additional accomplishments with Paradym Group, Inc. include an Executive Producer role with his partners on a feature film, “Be Afraid”, a psychological sci-fi thriller, Directed by Drew Gabreksi, starring Brian Krause (Charmed), Jaimi Paige, Louis Herthum (Westworld), and featuring Kevin Grevioux (Underworld Trilogy). The film was awarded “Best Horror Feature 2017” at the NYC Winter Film Fest and acquired international and domestic distribution with Samuel Goldwyn, AMBI Entertainment, and Netflix.

A graduate of Full Sail University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Business, he earned high honors as class Valedictorian, several course director’s awards, induction to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and received the schools highest honor, The Advanced Achievement Award.

John has appeared on camera for commercials and television shows, as well as behind the camera as a producer and executive producer, raising millions in production financing. He and his associates are continuing work on television shows for major networks and as well as feature films. They recently completed two films, a slasher/ horror film (Unsheltered) and a sci-fi/ action film (The Replaceables) which features several “Wrestling Hall of Fame Legends”, both in post-production in 2020. In addition, he and his partners have created a production fund under Production Source Partners to provide capital for a slate of film projects, as well as feature films under their company Reel Productions.–

Shannon Tate, a Florida native born in Tallahassee, started modeling at the age of 16 when she shot her first National print campaign for Nioxin Hair. After moving to Orlando, FL she signed a contract with Hot Import Nights (HIN) and Circuit City. Next was a campaign and modeling career traveling the U.S and Canada for 16 months as the “official calendar model” and spokesmodel for the group. In 2008 she went on to become one of the top 3 finalists in the Miss Hawaiian Tropic World Finals. Eventually she reached new levels and began shooting print work for swimwear and many U.S. brands which eventually led to large international brands.

After managing various promos, events, conventions, and models with her own, “Christine Bradley Model & Talent Agency”, she was able to build solid professional relationships with major brands and fortune 500 companies. Shannon adds to the valuable services and reputation Paradym Group has brought to the industry. The union between Shannon and the two agencies provides additional resources to our clients and talent, and expands on the growth and mission of Paradym Group.

Mandy Ferrell is a booking agent at Paradym Group, where she works directly with talent and clients from start to finish, staffing all types of events including trade shows and promotional events. She is eager to help clients promote and market their brand in the best and most reputable ways.

Mandy has worked as a paralegal and a marketing manager for the last 18 years and possesses an Associates degree. She is a Tallahassee native and proud mother of 4 children, who are her biggest joy and accomplishment. In her spare time she coaches competitive youth cheerleading. Her team travels throughout the Southeastern United States and has won many titles and awards.
